THE BUYING PROCESS
STEP 1: INITIAL INQUIRY

STEP 2: SITE TOUR
Once we have begun the conversation, let us show you around the property. The AutoMotorPlex sits on 20 acres of beautiful Minnesota grasslands with ~1/4 million sq. ft. of private garages, a community with ~1,200 cars, and onsite automotive services to make things easy. The Medina Campus is the benchmark that all others to compare.
STEP 3: COST & FINANCING
When someone asks us how much a unit cost?, the answer is based on the size, configuration and location. Solutions start in the upper $200k range. With our partners at MN Bank and Trust, affording your dream may be well within your reach, they may also be able to wrap the buildout cost into the mortgage product.
STEP 4: BUY AND BUILD
Once all the paperwork is complete, we help guide you through the buildout process. We act as your advocate, helping you with meeting the right contractors, as well as providing negotiated available discounts with product suppliers and trusted specialists.
STEP 5: RELAX AND ENJOY
The work is done and the unit is complete. Join us monthly for our car events or host your own private get togethers. Whether it’s your family’s urban cabin, a second office, or your work shop, you are sure to meet people who share your interests and are there to share in the fun.
