AutoMotorPlex Chanhassen

AutoMotorPlex Chanhassen garage condos was our first project and where it all started.  In 2008 we broke ground on the Chanhassen AutoMotorPlex campus.  In 2013 we sold out of all of the 164,000 sq ft consisting of 146 garage condominiums to excited motorsports enthusiasts.  Occasionally units come up for resale.  We will post those units here as we are notified.

Note: The campus is security monitored and gated for member access only.
