The idea truly was “Born In a Garage” – A business idea born out of a passion for automobiles.

What started off as a passion for motorsports and vehicle collecting has now grown into a successful automotive enthusiast community of private garage condominiums. The AutoMotorPlex™ has become the “place to be” for all motorsport enthusiasts, providing owners with not only a comfortable place to house their collections but also with access to an engaged community of likeminded enthusiasts.

Everything that we do is focused on bringing the enthusiast community together.. founded 2008, the AutoMotorPlex has set the standard for “private garage condominiums” and the motorsports lifestyle.

The Chanhassen Minnesota campus was the first location and it defined the standard for the concept of “the private garage condominium”. The demand has outpaced the supply with the first campus having a long waitlist. 

Our second facility is in it’s final phase of construction, located in Medina, MN. The Medina Campus is 20% larger than the first and has numerous new features, configurations and benefits; it’s AutoMotorPlex 2.0.

Also integrated into the campus is what is needed when you have 1200 cars located in one location… auto repair shop, window tinting and car wrapping services, an event center and more all in the 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space at the campus that not only serve the needs of the AutoMotorPlex Members but also the community at large. The retail space has entitlements of having a car dealership to a coffee shop. 

The AutoMotorPlex is a destination, a refuge, a community of like minded enthusiasts. Our members life experiences continues to grow and so does the AutoMotorPlex North America.
