The AutoMotorPlex was designed with meticulous attention to detail. Our second campus in Medina is designed to evoke a village with lots of finistration of the exterior, softer wood look garage doors, the buildings at angles to allow for better site lines, roof top monitors to hide the HVAC systems, for each owner, large 50’ drive isles within a road system that allows for ease of traffic flow; especially during our large monthly Caffeine & Octane open to the public car shows. We even have arranged for 950 spectator parking spaces connected by a asphalt walking path directly to the campus.

Case in point, each garage condo is built on an extra thick, insulated and reinforced concrete slab with built-in radiant floor heating. Why? Because it’s an important detail that matters, and dramatically improves your enjoyment of the space and everything it holds.
