The construction of our next private garage condo building #6 continues ahead of schedule!
Our construction team made strong progress over the last several weeks. They completed the installation of the footings, foundation walls, sewer and electrical, water service and related plumbing. The in-floor heated concrete floors were installed and exterior concrete aprons poured. Monday 5/18/20 they started putting up the exterior walls and are moving quickly. Look at the photos below to see the impressive progress day by day this week.
Construction will continue to move quickly which is needed as building #6 is now 85% pre-sold and we need more built. Because we are now out of some sizes, reservations have started on private garages Building #5 and Building #7.
